Kratos announces $3.8 million in modular equipment orders

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions recently attained approximately $3.8 million worth of modular system and equipment orders to fulfill for its Modular Systems Division (MSD), according to a press release.

The apparatus will cover operations, including command, control, communication, computing, combat and intelligence, and surveillance and reconnaissance (C5ISR) modular systems and other equipment.

MSD delivers specialized hardware and equipment that is crucial to national security systems such as unmanned drones, satellite communication, radar, apparatus-empowering missile defense, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

"These contract awards are related to and support certain of our nation's critical national security related programs and initiatives, and all of MSD is proud to have been selected by this important customer set," Kratos Modular Systems Division President Tom Mills said in the release.

Kratos develops technology for commercial clients as well as the Department of Defense. Kratos focuses on cybersecurity/cyberwarfare and microwave electronics as well as unmanned systems, satellite communication and platforms for defense, training and combat.
