Cubic President, CEO Bradley Feldmann tapped as NACD Fellow

Bradley Feldmann, president and CEO of San Diego, California-based Cubic Corp., was recently named a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Fellow.

This is the highest level of credentialing available to corporate directors and corporate governance professionals. It is awarded to those who demonstrate knowledge of leading trends and practices in corporate governance as well as a commitment to ongoing study.

“I am honored to join this prestigous and diverse group of individuals who make up the NACD Fellows community and who are committed to advancing the highest standards of boardroom leadership,”  Feldmann said. “The resources, insights and connections provided through the NACD’s Fellowship program are extremely valuable and will be beneficial to Cubic.”

Ken Daly, president and CEO of NACD, said the designation represents Feldmann's "next step" in sharpening his expertise in the field of corporate governance.

“Our fellows help advance the highest standards for those who serve in the boardroom, strengthening our businesses, and driving director professionalism," he said. "The impact of this program is unmatched and they should be commended for their ongoing commitment to their own professional development.”

Candidates for NACD's Fellowship Program must complete a rigorous foundation course within a 12-month period.

The NACD advocates for the profession of directorship and is focused on advancing exemplary board leadership.
