A firm-fixed-price contract -- a maximum of $7,046,395, for one year with no option period -- for electricity and ancillary services has been awarded to Constellation NewEnergy of Baltimore by the Navy's Defense Logistics Agency.
A total of seven contract bids were received.
The work will be done in Maryland and Texas, with a completion date of Jan. 31, 2017. The contract will be paid with fiscal 2016 and 2017 Navy working-capital funds.
