Moffett holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Washington University in St. Louis and earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. In addition to her previous work with the Portland Cement Association, she served as U.S. Rep. Dan Boren’s (D-OK) legislative director and as majority counsel for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
In her new role, Moffett will manage API’s energy and environmental priorities.
