New Environmental Protection Agency administrator Scott Pruit recently received an endorsement from the American Energy
Alliance (AEA).
“Scott Pruitt will be a true champion for the American people
and our environment,” AEA President Thomas Pyle said. "Throughout his career, Pruitt has fought to uphold the
rule of law and to protect the rights of Oklahoma families and communities. He
will do the same for all Americans as EPA administrator
The
AEA said
Pruitt
will help bring back jobs and reduce high energy costs. This organization has not been pleased with the
imposed regulations and political agendas from previous years, the release
noted.
In contrast,
Pruitt
was described as a leading individual “who respects the rights of states
and individuals and understands that clean air and water and a robust economy
go hand in hand.”
With
Pruitt
in this position, the AEA plans to advance policies that grow the economy, protect the environment, and make
life better for American families and workers.
