U.S. Chamber hopeful about pro-growth tax reforms

Tax reform principles recently released by the Trump administration and Congress is giving the U.S. Chamber of Commerce hope that pro-growth tax reforms can be passed this year, U.S. Chamber Senior Vice President and Chief Policy Officer Neil Bradley said in a statement.

The statement indicated that tax reform could be put into action his year and help American businesses, workers and families by encouraging growth of the economy.

"As the chamber’s President and CEO Tom Donohue made clear in an open letter to Congress ... ‘failure is not an option’ and the chamber will be holding lawmakers accountable to make sure tax reform gets done for the American people," the statement said.
